JOE ALBERT GARCIA, PH.D.

Dr. Garcia is a graduate of UCLA’s psychology program, where he specialized in interpersonal interaction. In addition to his teaching, Dr. Garcia has published articles and conducted research in mental health economics. He also has advanced training in research methodology.
